As a (Sr.) Sales Manager you will

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and market share growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential markets for orthopedic robotic devices
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting continuous improvement and professional development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
  • Work closely with other teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to boost the orthopedics business
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our orthopedic robotic devices
Job Requirement

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management within the medical device industry, preferably in orthopedics
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
